Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. It has two parts: people who use this website, and people whose business contact details appear in CrazyRadar.
Who is responsible
The controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is:
- Company
- LINTVERN TECHNOLOGIES, računalniško programiranje d.o.o.
- Address
- Gosposvetska cesta 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia
- VAT ID
- SI10985905
For anything about your personal data, write to privacy@crazyradar.com. We reply within one month at the latest, as GDPR requires.
Part 1: Visitors of this website
No tracking, no cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties when you open the page.
Server logs
When you open the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. We use it only to deliver the website and to keep it secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.
Free request form
If you request 10 free companies, we receive the description of who you are looking for, the countries, and your work email. We use them to prepare the companies, send them to you, and answer your questions. The form is delivered to our inbox by the form service Web3Forms. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not add you to a newsletter. If you do not become a customer, we delete your request within 12 months.
Emails and calls with us
If you email or call us, we use your details to handle your message. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if it concerns a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Customers
If your company becomes a customer, we process the contact details of your team to provide the service, invoice it, and meet our accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Invoices are kept for as long as Slovenian tax and accounting law requires.
Part 2: Business contacts in CrazyRadar
CrazyRadar helps companies find other companies to sell to or work with. To do that, our AI agents collect information about companies and, where useful, about the people who run them. If you found this page because we or one of our customers contacted you, this part is for you. It is the information GDPR Article 14 requires when data is not collected from you directly.
What we collect
- Company data: name, address, size, activity, and visible details such as a showroom, open job ads or a new building permit.
- Business contact data of people in the company: name, role, business email address and business phone number.
- For every data point: the source and the date we found it.
We do not collect private addresses, private phone numbers or special categories of data such as health or political views.
Where it comes from
Business and craft registers, chambers of commerce, statistics offices, public tenders and building permits, company websites, job ads, news and trade press, Google Maps and Street View, satellite images, public LinkedIn profiles, and trade and payment databases we license from their providers.
Why, and on what legal basis
We process business contact data so that our customers can offer relevant products and services to companies that are likely to need them. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): ours and our customers' interest in business-to-business sales, which recital 47 GDPR recognises as a legitimate interest. Before contact details are shown to a customer, we check whether contacting this person is allowed under the GDPR and the marketing laws of their country. Where cold email is not allowed, for example in Germany, we only offer a phone call or letter.
Who receives it
Our customers receive the companies and contacts that match their search. Each customer uses them as an independent controller and is responsible for its own outreach. Every message sent through CrazyRadar is approved by a person before it goes out, and every message includes a way to object.
How long we keep it
Our agents check the sources again every week. Data that is no longer accurate is corrected or deleted. If you object, we delete your data and keep only what we need to make sure you are not added again.
Your right to object
You can object to the use of your data at any time, without giving a reason (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to privacy@crazyradar.com or use the opt-out link in any message sent through CrazyRadar. One objection removes you from every customer's list, and you are blocked from being added again.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We use service providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). They may use data only on our instructions:
- Hosting and databases, in Frankfurt, Germany
- Delivery of website form submissions to our inbox (Web3Forms)
- Email sending and inbox
- Internet telephony
- AI models that read sources and draft messages
- Licensed business and payment data providers
Customers receive the current list of sub-processors, with names and locations, with their data processing agreement. Anyone else can request it at privacy@crazyradar.com.
Transfers outside the EU
We store data in the EU. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we only do so on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR).
Automated processing and AI
AI agents find and match companies, but no decision with legal or similarly significant effect on you is made by automated means alone (Art. 22 GDPR). A person approves every message before it is sent, in line with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know whether we process your data and get a copy (Art. 15)
- have wrong data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17)
- have processing restricted (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- withdraw any consent you gave, for the future (Art. 7(3))
Write to privacy@crazyradar.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si. You can also complain to the authority in your own country.
Security
We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and logging, following the controls of ISO/IEC 27001.
Changes
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
